Here are some of the best handwriting apps available in the market:

1. Notes Plus

It allows you to drag and drop your content from one area to another, as well as edit your notes. Notes Plus comes with other great features such as automatic Dropbox synchronization, PDF import/export capabilities and audio note support. The only major downside is that it is only available for iPad users.

However, the downside of this app is its inaccurate and sluggish handwriting recognition. Furthermore, it does not come with an undo option.
